PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Monthly property visits
From: €450.00/ per month
2 PROPERTY VISITS PER MONTH
We will visit your property twice a month, either on fixed days or randomly.
CONTACT WITH EXISTING STAFF
We will maintaine regular contact with all staff working with you on a permanent basis as well as temporary projects,
such as reapairs etc.
CONTROLL OF PROPERTY EQUIPMEMNT AND OUTDOORS
We will check every visit if all equipment works properly, ie alarm, electricity, wifi, watersupply etc.
CONTACT WITH THE AUTHORITIES
We will contact the authorities involved in day-to-day operations, such as electricity companies, telephone companies, the tax authorities etc.
REPORTS
We will prepare writtens reports with photos after every property visit.
The customer shall provide all necessary information for the assignment, ie addresses, customer numbers, any log in to the relevant authorities, RIB and personal data that may be required upon contact with the authorities.
All data is processed by us secured and confidential.
